Vines: Average age 14 years old, planted in sandy, light soil delivered from parent limestone. The management and the development of the ecosystem is entirely based on Bio-Agricultural practices (the vineyard is under the process of certification)

Harvest period: 1-4 August harvest has been completed for all varieties of Muscat of Alexandria that fully matures approximately 20-25th August

Maturation: 2-3 months periodic “batonnage” on light wine leed in stainless steel tanks

Ageing potential: 2 years

Analysis: 13.1% alc. by vol., residual sugars 2.4 g/l, total acidity 5.8 g/l in tartaric acid, pH 3.28

Serving temperature: 9-10 °C

Recommended pairings: salty vegetable tarts, pasta with white or red sauce, salads with fruit dressing, vegetable pies
