Ingredients: Dried lemon balm leaves of organic grass.

You can enjoy it in two ways.

INFUSION: As soon as the water starts to boil, remove it from the heat and add the herb. Leave it for 5-10 minutes, strain it and use it. The usual ratios for the infusion are 1-3 teaspoons for each cup of water.

HERBAL TEA: Take the healing part of the plant and boil it with water. If it’s finely chopped, it only needs to be boiled for 5 minutes, otherwise 5-15 minutes. The ratio is three spoons in two cups of water.

It is used in cooking and confectionery as a flavoring in ice creams and fish dishes, as well as in fruit dishes.
Its dried leaves can be rubbed on the skin, acting as an insect repellent. Lemon balm tea is considered to have anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity and it acts as stimulant of the circulatory system and the heart. It has also been shown to have antimicrobial and sedative activity. It has been used to treat insomnia and various digestive disorders. Also, it has been said that it improves mental clarity and memory and it has helped, to lesser extent, in clinical trials in people suffering from mild symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease.
