You can enjoy it in two ways.
INFUSION: As soon as the water starts to boil, remove it from the heat and add the herb. Leave it for 5-10 minutes, strain it and use it. The usual ratios for the infusion are 1-3 teaspoons for each cup of water.
HERBAL TEA: Take the healing part of the plant and boil it with water. If it’s finely
