CAIR Wine Company

CAIR Wine company is the largest winery in Rhodes as well as the oldest on the island. Since its founding in 1928, it has highlighted with great success and consistency the Rhodesian vineyard as it produces wine from varieties grown on the island of Rhodes. Some have even been characterized as PDO and PGI. CAIR wine company was the first winery in Greece to introduce and produce sparkling wine with the traditional French method Methode Traditionnalle which is still produced with the same method and standards, until today.
