A family owned winery located in the Paphos wine region producing PGI and Varietal wines. Fikardos Winery was established in 1990 by Mr. Theodoros Fikardos based on one simple rule, to produce wines that reveal Cyprus true character. The winery produces wines from indigenous grape varieties like Xinisteri, Maratheftiko and Giannoudi but also from international grape varieties like Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mataro. All vineyards are located within a small area of Paphos. This ensures uniformity in terms of soil composition, altitude, distance from the sea and the overall microclimate. The winery produces annually 100.000 bottles, of which most of it is sold through the local market and the rest though exports in Europe and Canada. The majority of our wines have won  several awards over the years from both local and international wine competitions (Decanter, Cabernet Sauvignon masters, Cyprus wine competition, Thessaloniki international wine competition)
